aren't we confused

was talking to a very smart, very very smart and brilliant guy today. he knows a lot, broadly as well as in depth. about so many different things, from many perspectives, from many ages.

and then it occurred to me. so what? so what if you know so much, and you know everything, and you absorb and retain information like einstein probably did?

what's the point of it all.

don't get me wrong. i am appreciative and very impressed with brilliance and people who have abundance of knowledge. but then, at the cost of what? what's the point of knowing the mysteries of life when you don't live and appreciate the beauty of it for yourself?



live for yourself, live for others. your life isn't only yours after all:)


still pretty sick. hope it goes away ASAP. and i realised not having my phone is very liberating. i have no one to account to, no reason to, no care to.

very funny project meeting today. i'm telling you. they stole the tap furnishings and all 7 jumped into the jacuzzi together. of course it'd break.
and honestly, darling. nobody wears pearl earrings at that age.
